Requirement: Item: First-Class Commendation, must have completed two First-Class Quests
Reward: 1,500 zeni and a Saiyan Elite Badge.
You wake up to find that the entire planet has frozen over in some flash freeze. There isn’t many Saiyans who were able to stop from freezing over. Find out what has caused this Ice Age, and stop it. The entire race depends on it.
Saiyan Elite Badge - Accessory - A badge worn by those of the Elite class of Saiyans. Increases strength and endurance by +750 in battle. Boosts XP gained while on Planet Vegeta by +25.
